Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture items may require 10-14 days for specialized freight delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Home Lab Store ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and package weight.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Home Lab account dashboard.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Home Lab furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decor items and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
